East Community Fund (ECF)
The East Community Fund (ECF) is a low barrier working capital loan fund that will provide access to working capital up to $20,000. and 12 hours of free business coaching/technical assistance for BIPOC businesses on St Paul’s East Side. This fund is open for applications.
Business Investment Fund (BIF)
BIF is a forgivable loan program that invests in façade improvements and code remediation projects for commercial buildings in the Payne-Arcade and East Seventh Street Commercial District to create a positive impact for the neighborhood.
Friendly Storefronts
Are you looking to refresh your appearance of your storefront this summer? Grant funding is available for facade improvements on a first come basis. Storefront improvement grants for signage, lighting, exterior paint, awning, and murals on Payne and Arcade.
East Side Black Business Network (ESBBN)
ESNDC is the sponsor of a new networking space for Black Entrepreneurs on the East Side. This space will be an opportunity for Black Entrepreneurs to connect and support one another, ESNDC will cover the expenses of events and meetings, contact us for more information.
BizRecycling
BizRecycling helps businesses in Ramsey and Washington counties reduce waste and improve their recycling and organics (food waste) collections.
